Hi There,
I applied for Alberta AINP/PNP under US H1 Visa category on Feb 2nd 2009.
Here below I am giving the dates for various stages I applied.
12/11/2008 (Dec 11th) sent for Pre-Assessment.
12/12/2008 Got Acknowledgement.
01/15/2009 Got Application Packet from Alberta to send filled application.
01/31/2009 Sent Filled Application through FedEx. Pasted Green Slip on FedEx Cover.
NOTE: I sent my application through FedEx pasting the GREEN Slip on the FedEx Cover.
02/03/2009 FedEx confirmed the delivery at front desk.
Delivery Taken by Sign for by: .OSMOHD
Delivered to: Receptionist/Front Desk
I didn't hear any thing from Alberta. But One of my cousins who sent application after I sent already got mail with application number.
is there any one sent application around Feb first week and waiting for the application Confirmation number.
Please share.
Thanks, RH

Hello Everyone,
I kept checking this forum since few weeks. Recently I also got my file number today.
Rcvd Pre Assessment Pckg - Done (I don't know the exact date, 2/3 Week of January) Rcvd application by AINP: 2nd Feb Rcvd File No: March 20th Appx Processing time - 40-60 days
I think they started issuing file Nos to pre-assessed Feb applicants.
Hope we all go through soon !

felix,
although ainp's fifo is several times better than uscis, a couple days here and there is normal. you'll be fine. don't worry, be happy that the process has picked up speed again. enjoy your weekend! :)

flex and engg, I think mybe it is a good idea to give a call. Because maybe they just forget your files. give them a call and ask them to check.

where did you guys affix green sticker?
I pasted it per their instructions on an outside of an application packet. Then I put the packet in a fedex envelope and Fedexed the whole thing to Edmonton.
Do you think, that is the problem?
I read somewhere in the forum some people pasted the green sticker on Fedex envelope itself.
I am even more worried now...
