Hi Guys,
I have received the mail from the PNP Office stating the Employee File Number: ****-**-*972  and the bottom text says as below. Is this the File Number that we get before the AINP Certificate? Should I go ahead and apply for the PCC from the Embassy,FBI and the State as well? I dont want to waste time as my H1 expres end of Sept and you know how the extensions are....

My time Lines are:  Applied first: Dec 20 th
                           Received Preassesment: Feb 9th
                          Applied with Preassesment: Feb 20th
                          File No Received: Apr 21st

Thank you for applying to the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).  This is to confirm receipt of your AINP application on February 23, 2009.  A decision on your application may be made in approximately 8 months.  Please note, however, that processing times vary depending on the volume of applications received.

During our assessment of your application you will only be contacted by a Program Officer if we require additional information.  Please do not call to inquire about the status of your application as this will increase our processing times.  If you wish to add additional information to your application or change information already submitted you may mail or fax the information to:

Thanks everyone!!

I'm going to apply for fingerprints this week,I already got the cards.I was fingerprinted printed once for traffic violation and the fbi fingerprints always show that.

I had cleaned it after filing the motion with the help of attorney but recently I had to get it done for a job but that thing popped up again ..I had all the papers that  case was dismissed from the court and I was non-guilty hence HR understood it and there was no problem.

what should I do ??

Any expert comments would be a help.Shall I go for an attorney for second stage in this case?

I think DUI and all if proven guilty could cause an issue.

If it is a DUI, it is trouble...I would suggest clear it up. it is a deportation level offense in Canada even sometime in US.

Engg:

I think you should consult an Canada immigration attorney about this, it will probably be worth the trouble and expense.

Cheers,

I was driving 40mph in 20mph school zone..cop was behind me ...it took me a while to pull over...he charged/fingerprinted me for evading..the case went to court and was dismissed in first hearing...I was non-guilty...

but this thing comes up in fingerprinting results ..I have already taken it out of records..dunno if it still comes up or not.

I was not convicted of anything.
