AINP Application

Hi, I am planning to submit my documents on my application for AINP in August 2011 under Employer Driven Stream.
Once my application will be submitted I am allowed to go out the country? I am planning to visit home in December
for 5 weeks but at the same time I am doubtful that it might affect my application.
Your answer will be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I am new here. Yes, I believe you can go home as long as you have your other documents active ( work permit and valid visa for your return from home )

Anybody please answer... I have been waiting response from AINP for almost a year now, I do not know if they are granting my nomination or not. What should I do, I am getting anxious. All my colleagues had theirs already and it's putting in more pressure on me, help

Hi, thank you for your reply. Try to call them and check the status of your application, for sure they will be able to give you concrete answer.

Don't forget to ask you employer for a letter stating how long you will be gone and when you are suppose to be back. That is very important, immigration officer will be asking you for that proof.

Called AINP already, said it's' still being processed. I need to be on stand by, still......
