I applied in Sep'09 and no communication yet from AINP. My NOC code is 2133. Did you hear anything from them yet? I think they are just making us wait to get rejected.

hi to alll ,igot nomination on 12may ,ihave some problem  the ainp send me a kit  , hea also tell me about language test  not older then one year ,but my test is older than one year is there is complsery for both of us me and my wife do ielts test agian  ,and how many band we required , plz tell me as soon as possibel

IELTS is not required for AINP - H1B stream.

receive my nomination letter today. It mentions that the PR application must arive by mid Dec 2010. Wow is this sufficient for FBI background check etc...

the ainp website says approx 12 months. that is just a guideline not a promise. you will get it.
