Dear All, I am at the first stage of this new process means still filling all the documents. I have already filled AINP 009 form and now, I am filling my CIC forms, which are required to be sent with AINP 009 Application in the form of photocopies.
I would appreciate, if someone can clarify my following doubts/queries.
1. Do we need to send the Spouse Education Certificates also I did send my souse certificates too, tho was not sure about it.
2. IMM 5406 Form - It says that applicant need to fill the names in both the languages but if you will see the space is very less so please advice how to manage the space .....as per the instructions, I can add additional sheet.....so shall I fill 2 sheets. 1 in English and other in Native language but the contents in both the sheets will be same. Please suggest!! Could you not enter your name in English and native language in the same additional sheet? I did it that way.
3. In the IMM 008 - background information -: There is one point, where I need to tell about all the places, wherever I stayed after my 18th b'day. There are around 7 places(5 places India, 2 Abroad), where I stayed more than 6 months. So should tell about all the places? I am worried that may be at the time of CIC they will ask me to submit police report for all 7 places. What i want to ask here is that whether we need to submit the police report for each country or each place whether that is in the same country or not. You need to get a police certificate for each country. So it would be 1 for India and 1 each for the other 2 countries (if they are different). So if you lived in USA in two different cities, you still need to get only one as it is country specific.
Thanks, Wasi2000

Appreciate your quick response. Yes, I will add the names in the native languages on the same sheet...I saw again that sheet and I think i can manage to write names in both the languages in the space given for writing the names. Could you please tell me whether you have filled the forms using PEN or filled PDF and then printed it? Dear All, I am at the first stage of this new process means still filling all the documents. Have you rcvd anything from AINP ....please keep posted about the progess of your case in this thread. Did anyone receive email notification/confirmation from AINP for the application package sent after 01-01-2009 under the new process?
I have posted my application on 05-Feb-2009 and awaiting for their reply.

If it could increase your points at CIC, whats the harm? Again, it's your wish. 2. Has anybody sent Birth Certificates of all applicants also? Acually my mother name is wrong on my passport but correct on the birth certificate...please suggest!! Are birth certificates required when sending to AINP? I think they are required at CIC stage. I dont remember sending birth certificates to AINP. 3. How to get the transalation done on the education certificates....what is the procedure....and where to get it done. No idea. Maybe somebody else can help.

I'm a consultant and so I have opened a mailbox for permanent mailing address with UPS store,I'm wating for the file number from AINP.
Is there a way I can notify them about the change in mailing address since I no longer live at the mailing address specified?
Any suggestion in this regards will be appreciated !

If it is a matter of changing address in the US only then you can notify USPS for forwarding your mails to the new address. Other than that, if you really want to notify AINP or CIC about it then you may need to talk to them on Hotline and they would definetly have procedure for it. After getting response ...please update everybody. I'm a consultant and so I have opened a mailbox for permanent mailing address with UPS store,I'm wating for the file number from AINP.
