What is the number that I should call to talk to AINP?
copying and pasting here about their info from their website:
If you have any questions, please contact the Immigrate to Alberta Information Service; toll free in Alberta at 1-877-427-6419 and outside of Alberta at 1-780-427-6419.....

good luck.

Divagirl:

Our app was received by AINP on Jan 26th (new process).  So I curious to see what they have to say to you.  Please let us know what you hear from them.

Cheers,

I think it's time for me to call them...

Ok, I talked to the AINP just now and they said that if everything is in order, you may not get your file number and would receive the nomination letter directly and not to panic as it is not yet 5 months since the date you applied (my appln was rcvd on Jan 16th).

So folks, dont expect a file number under the new process and keep checking your snail mail boxes according to them.

Thanks Divagirl. It seems like the 5 months total processing time as it is mentioned on their website still applies and is not increased. That's good for all of us.

Hope we all get it fast...

Hi Divagirl : Thank you for your input. My application was received on January 20 09(newprocess), So it seems our delivery date is almost close enough. So, in my opinion, they are processing the application in assessment stage and we should receive a nominee certificate in june.
Hopefully, it would be fine.

Thanks,

Thanks divagril!

I submitted my appln on Mar 24th and AiNP received it on Mar 25th. I might get my nomination by Aug 09 or Sep 09.
I already got the FBI finger prints and PCC on Oct 2008 itself.
My question is, do I have to get FBI and PCC again?
How long are those vaild?

Thanks!

FBI and PCCs are valid only for 3 months. I guess you may have to get it again  (just my opinion).
