hi we are not sure about the NOC list until it is out, there are speculations of increase because CIC was not able to meet 20000 target this year. Hope for the best and wait until 1st July to be sure.

if you belive this forum people, then wait for new NOC list will announce on www.cic.gc.ca website after july 1st 2011.

I completely agree - agents don't have a clue what will be on the new list (if indeed there are any changes at all).

Only thing to do is wait until 1st July 2011 for official news.
