Agency Needed for Direct Hire with company having accredited agency in the phil.

Situation:

im a direct hire for a company. when my visa was released, i immediately went to POEA to schedule my PDOS (Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar) as a requirement of getting an OEC (Overseas Exit Clearance) which my employer needed to have my plane ticket be given to me. when i got to POEA, the assessor told me that my company has an accredited agency here in the phil and i have to see the agency for them to fix my PDOS. Cubic S Promotions, Inc. is the agency. im afraid i should pay more to them while all my docs are ok since i applied for my visa as a direct hire on my own. any advise from everyone who experienced such same dilemma or anyone who knows what should i do???
