Agency for work permit

I am looking for some agency or an agent who can help me to get work permit for my sister, I have tried looking for it on the net but so far with no success!!!

I would highly appreciate any genuine help  in this matter.

I believe you can go google.ca and search "Canadian Immigration Lawyers".  Most of them have service for work permit.  Just give them a call.  But not sure which one is good and the price varies.

Does She already have a job offer and need soeone to process her work visa and most employers do that for their workers or does she need a job to get a work permit??
