You will not be 21 until Nov 25/2010.

Please stop wasting people's time on this forum.  In another thread you mentioned that your sister will turn 21 soon and if she could sponsor you for a PR.  Here you talk about being a permanent resident.

Folks on this forum are not here to entertain you, they are here to share information and encourage each other.  The fact that AG was the only one to answer your question in the other thread is suspicious to say the least.

STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME AND GET A LIFE!

Here is the other thread you posted.

This is a fundamental stupidism among these smart people. They feel  themselves very smart but they forget that law is the theme, the character, personal real story wouldn't waste anybody's time. It doesn't matter whether you are talking about yourself or in a imaginary situation, here the purpose is what will happen if so is so?? What will happen if he would be in Calgary as PR at age of 20?? But people feel very smart a s s if they catch these statements said two times, entirely opposite to each other. Will it really make a difference if somebody ask this question in Calgary or in Lahore. But this gives them a sense of achievement and start acting like High School pass kid. Grow up man Grow up. It will not make any difference whether somebody has become Permanent resident or not. The question here is: Whether or not any 20 year old Permanent Resident can sponsor his brother with 20,000 dollars in Bank account??

If the age limit to sponsor is 21, then it's 21, not 20 years and 1 day.  If you have further questions, call the AINP.
