Age Limit for Sponsored Parents???

Hi,

Is it true that there is a new regulation limiting the age of sponsored parents only untill 60 years old? 

I already paid the fees this morning and about to send my application on Monday.  I just heard of the age limit after I came from the bank.  I need info ASAP please!

I guess, if ever there was, I can still make a refund of the payment I made since I haven't send out my application.

No, there has not been a regulation change, it there was it would be on the CIC and published in the Canada gazette for discussion.
