Well, I've posted this question.. got nothing eventually. So, I'm posting again.
How long will it take to get GreenCard if I apply in Canada?
Maybe I should get a job first(sure, with a legitimate work permit) and probably apply soon as I land in Canada.
Does it take more than a year even I apply in Canada?

Yes, it will probably take more than a year to process a Permanent Residence application (PR for Canada, Green Card for the US) regardless of where you are. You can check the approximate times here:

Getting a job without being a Canadian PR is not easy... so unless you have an extraordinary ability, don't put too many eggs on that basket - in fact, just forget the eggs, and the basket.

hello,
   if you are planning of immigrating to canda as skilled workers you roughly need to wait 48 months. you can compute the timeline base on the infor provided by Yojimbo :)
