Again about 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Manageme

Hi everyone,

I got through the major topics related to NOC 1122 and understand that this is the most desirable occupation by potential immigrants from all over the world and thus is the first to reach the cap.

Anyway my question is related to my rather specific occupation - I'm a consultant on projects for implementation of renewable energy sources (RES) and energy efficiency (EE). I've got more than 10 years of experience in a consultancy company dealing with promotion to general public and consultations to businesses and households on the implementation of solar thermal systems, biomass as a fuel, energy efficiency in buildings and other RES and EE specific topics. I know that Canada has abiundant indigenous energy resources but for energy dependent Europe these topics are very, very hot.

All our company activities are project based and my job is to manage projects in those fields, including project proposal set up and submission for funding, later after successful approval by a financing institution (both national and international) project execution including coordination and management of different tasks and local experts in the specific field.

When browsing this forum I couldn't find any similar job decription and wonder if it can qualify under 1122 NOC for skilled worker/professional immigration. I will be very grateful to have an answer by a competent member of this community. Thanks in advance!
