Hi, I've applied for spousal sponsorship within canada. I am expecting my work permit in a few months. Once I get that, if I want to study how do I go about it? Do I have to apply for study permit separately? If so how long does it take for approval? and if i need some eductaion loan will i get it?

Yes, you will have to apply for a study permit and no you are not eligible for loans for education until you are a PR.
