One question - my husband has just done his second medical (first was May 2010 for a work visa) prior to the VO asking for it. Do we need to send the Section A into the Paris office, or will they be able to get the medical records without them?

Send it to them via registered mail or courier (trackable method) and be sure to include a letter advising applicant's name, client ID (if applicable), File No. and date of birth.
