Hi,

Appeal process is usually lengthy and requires diligence to handle the case, hence you might turn to choose qualified attorney. I searched online for CIC publications and laws which are truely cumbersome to go thru gor non specialist. Read this link for some insight: http://www.visaplace.com/canada-immigration/immigration-refusal.php

What education your wife had and what was the basis of refusal?

Good luck

I think it will be difficult to overturn the decision not to award you wife points for education since her degree came from a well known degree/diploma mill.

Are there any other areas where they did not give you full points which you could appeal? For example: your education, adaptability, you experience?

Good luck.
