Can you please post your timeline?

You will have to start collecting your PCCs and submit them along with your application to CIC. All this info should be there in your nomination packet, I think.

Congratulations!

Now you need to submit documents to your visa office. Here's the list of visa offices and you will find instruction there (this website is written on your nomination letter):
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp#visa_offices

If your visa office is Buffalo, check this link. It is Visa Office Specific Instruction for Baffalo:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdf

But as divagirl mentioned, you need to start collecting PCCs as soon as you can (it is one of the documents you'll need to send to visa office and it usually takes weeks.)

Somebody would make me clear on this issue ?
How that Police Clearance works? do we need to get Police Clearance for all family memebers or just a primary applicant?
                                                                                                                               looking forward

according to the CIC website state pcc's aren't required, but they may be requested. They say they will request them if necessary. Only FBI pcc is required, but if you want to avoid problems in the future you can add them, I don't think it's going to hurt you by having them.

here is the message displayed in the website:

"Do I need to provide a police certificate when applying for permanent residence?

Yes. Applicants should provide a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) certificate with fingerprints. State certificates may also be requested. The Visa Office will advise you if state certificates are required in your case."

the link is as follows:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/united-states.asp

I have been waiting for FBI report. Can I start to process for the medical report at this time or wait for CIC ?
                                                                                                                                                bye
