Hi,

My Visa Office is in Kuala Lumpur and I've just done my medicals. I was advised the results will be sent to Singapore DMP who will notify my Visa Office in Kuala Lumpur. Please advice roughly how long I need to wait for my Visa Office in Kuala Lumpur to tell me if everything is ok ?

My only snag so far is I was asked to submit the Australian police report also. Assuming it arrives next month and I send it to the Kuala Lumpur Visa office immediately, how long more do I need to wait for my passport request and then my visa approval ?

thanks,
K

hi,

I hope that you have got your visa by now and moved to Canada - could you share your experience on the time line with KL office.

I have sent by medicals in June 2011 - however, i was asked to do some further tests - the reports have all gone again in Sep 2011. I am wondering as to how long does it take for PPR after medicals?

also how long do they take to return the PP?

You can also share your thoughts on how is canada for a person moving from a life in Malaysia....

thanks

Can any one out there please help me with advice. I applied to CIO November 2009. Did medical since September 23 2010, over a year now. I wrote to the VO  (Moscow) several letters and all reply was to waite. Initialy they wrote me that my file awaiting "bacground decision".The last email I received from the VO was in October 2011 and it stated that my file is now with a visa officer "under review" and they would contact me if another medical is neccessary. I don't know what to do. My wife and the children are already fraustrated. We don't know what to expect
