after Medical Transfer file from London office to another office

Hi,
I am a Bangladeshi Citizen. Currently living in the UK with work permit. My application (Canadian PR) is in CHC London office and I applyed in February 2006. I have done my Medical and paid RPR fee in February 2009 for Canada application.

I do not know whether I can extend my visa in the UK any more although I have applied for UK visa extension.

My concern is:

If I leave the UK and go back to Bangladesh in this case when CHC London will ask for Passport can I post my passport from Bangladesh to CHC London branch for visa? Or do I have to transfer my file to CHC Bangladesh? If my file moves from London office to Bangladesh will this delay my processing? I mean again medical, etc?

If anyone know any case like this please give me some advice.

hi junaid,

you just update your change of address to the chc london. london office will continue your processing. after reaching your country you can send your passport through your relative or friend to london. they will deposit your passport to cic london, give them authorization letter for carrying and depositing passport on your behalf.

moreover it wont effect your application if you change your country.
