After medical they take 3-4 months for copy of Passport and two phograph and after 4-6 week you will receive the letter or e mail that you send your Passport for Permanent Residence Visa from Islamabad office, Passport return with Visa sticker take about 4-6 week, so its Total5-6 months after medical.
