uuuuhhhhhh my time STARTS now, I track that Buff.CHC recvd my package on 27th July 2011 at Buffalo immigration section desk.
Waiting for something update!!! can anyone update here that how many days will take after CHC recvd all update documents, MEdical  @  Buff.CHC NY.

Can you tell is 5.january 2010 the date when CIO Sydney receive your file or the date when they transfered your file to Buffalo?

App.Filed Generally OP use when they track courrier recived date of CIO, so Mr.h1b applicationed filed is what mentioned in App.field in the forum profile of Mr.h1b. Even Mr.H1B already mentioned complete timeline on the first page of this same post.
