Hi, Cheers.... After Long waiting MED.Request email Recvd. Just recvd.email by my consultant (June 10, 2011 EST 9:25am Email). Just recvd. Medical Req. from Buffalo NY. NOC 0213 (File date 05-Jan-2010application) (BCA - MCA India, Full-time2 years PGDiploma Los Angeles - USA, additional online course IT205 Management of Information Systems Univ.Phoenix USA ( Not Full-time)) VISA Status : H1B (USA) since 5years 2months (after 3years of Student visa including OPT period (total 8years 2months). 1st AOR 25-Feb 2010. 2nd AOR 20-April-2010 - "In-process". IELTS (7Bands). WIFE Points: YES (BBA-India, MBA Finance from Los Angeles - USA) Relatives Points : YES (4people from Father side (3brother, 1cousin of father), 1 Sister of my Mother, 1 my elder sister, ALL citizenship holder since > 2years ). Right but I observed lots of 0213 applicant still waiting (including me) but my wait time will over now. I recvd. Medical request only. NO RPRF right now... we are fit and good healthy so no Problem.

Big congrats for getting MR !! One question, did you ever send a query to Buffalo office ? Or you ever had any response from Buffalo like, "We are unable to tell when we can start processing your application" or something like that ? You may have got clue what I mean to say. You are one of the earliest ones in "In Process status" to get MR. Perhaps, all those who had already done their medicals have moved to the next stage (PPR) and its the begining of "In process" cases to get MRs or request for additional docs.

Thanks for ur reply and enjoy ur day Thanks lots guys, I have question that my wife have recently 2months ago Lichen Planus deasese but its common deases on skin, it will create any problem in medical for her? right now no deases but the cream and ointment left some dark spots on her skin.No, I dont sent any query to CHC becasue David Cohen advice me to do not make communication just wait, your case and process is good and you already got eligibility review by CIO and CHC, after all I got medical request today + Update of PCC's FBI. |

Thanks vermas, my understanding here observing that lots of NOC 0213 people who applied perfectly in between "July 2009" to November 2009" they already get MEDICAL and even lots of PEOPLE landed in Canada in this month/year March 2011. we are too late even lots of people late here to get MED.request and process. David Cohen proved is best efforts for me, I like his consultancy. money is not important but timeline is very important to send and get reply from consultant or lawyer, David Cohen is send me all information right time without wasting even single hour, they got email today morning and forwarded to me. |
