1- After Getting PR Card how long can I stay out side the canada?

2- When I was in canada I didn't get SI card because they return the SIN application asking for 'Number on Document' but I was traveling on the same day n it was impossible for me to send them back the number because, applicant should submit his SIN application himself .

3- I am traveling on November back to Canada, will it be any problem while entering in canada without SI card and will it be any problem to while submitting the application again for SI card?
