After done my medical - What happen next ?

Hello everyone

I applied for Work Permit CIC Islamabad, Pakistan five month back. Two week ago my passport is return from CIC with medical report.

With help of Mr. PMM I have done my medical with DMP successfully.

Now what happen next. CIC Islamabad will contact me to sent back my passport back or I sent back my passport without any wait. I am little bit confuse.

Please help me in this regard,
