after Document submission

Hi there!

I have submitted my application on (FEb) 2007/02 Time 0
They asked me to send the documents on April 2009/04 Time: 26 Months
Document has been sent on July 2009/07  Time: 28 Months

Again they asked me to send some updates of documents (my wrok and status update) on Sep 2010/09  Time: 42 Months
I have submitted them all again on oct 2010/10  Time: 44 Months

I am still waiting for a reply i am still in process time...
In the last email they said this will take 36-48 months in Vienna for application submitted in 2007

Did anyone has the experience that they asked for update of documnets?
How long after you was waiting for feedback
