I am a canadian PR since 4 years..expecting a baby in december.I wish to deliver the baby in canada so that i dont have to go through the sponsorship process.
My husband is an indian and i have`nt sponspored him still.
Will i be eligible for CCTB as a PR mother of a canadian born baby?
Or do both the parents have to be canadians/PR?
Thanks

It's enough that one parent is a PR but you have to be living in Canada, see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/cctb/fq_qlfyng-eng.html#q4

Thanks for the info...while applying for the baby`s birth certificate i will have to disclose the father`s name....what about the CCTB application form....should i fill in my spouse details too because i have checked it online and it asks for your marital status.
And also it requires that your spouse be citizen/immigrant.
How do i go about it??
Do i have to submit birth certificate as document proof for filing of CCTB?
