Thats correct what you wrote. My translator also wrote the following. You can add that if you want

"I made this affidavit for the purpose of declaring that English translation of these documents are faithful translation from the Urdu language."

No good news so far, however one can speculate that rejection rate of the apps filed in this last month would be pretty low, reason - they are far short of their target (around 8000 apps) for this year and just one month remaining.
