Affects of already refused skilled application on bC semi-skill PNP application

Hi Friends.

I have question about if my federal skill application is already refused for getting less number of points. Does it affect my new application under semi-skill bc Pnp?

My FSW1 was refused because they weren't convinced of the job experience in the '38 list'. However, it posed no problem for my CSQ. I did mention the refusal in the Quebec application. Just be truthful, you would not have any problems, don't worry.
