Med's Done....: 26-06-2010 and Medical & Passports Sent on 28-06-2010 which Recd by CHC on 29-06-2010

Dear Member,

I got AEO approved from HRSDC in the month of January-2009. Its all most 12 month passed but my lawyer could not get succeed to get initial approval from NS Sydney. Now I my self want to look after my case. Can any one tell me a Visa officer believe that after one year Potential Canadian employer can wait for a employee and job offer is still alive?  or visa officer would reject the case as HRSDC possitive response is old more than one year and get it reject or there is any chance of its approval? however AEO expiry is 4 years.

I need your valuable opinion

1.  Assuming your application was refused by CIO Sydney, what was the reason?
2.  The reason should give you an indication whether the AEO will be accepted or not.
