If you are "buying" an AEO without ever contacting the employer, being interviewed by the employer, and knowing nothing about the employer, you have probably thrown your money away.  CHC is not stupid, and there is a very good chance of a refusal.

Opinion seconded.
Even if u guys go all the way in that recruitment process - chances r u'd still be denied/duped.

What PMM is saying is that you don't have to pay to get a job offer. The Canadian employer should be paying globalvisa for their services, not you. If you pay for AEO, it is illegal and CIC is not stupid, they will find out. Why not apply through FSW1 where you don't need a job offer?

IELTS is mandatory for AEO or it can be exampted.

There is no exemption for IELTS. It is required. All applications received without IELTS results are returned.
