AEO Letter

Hello,

I am getting mixed signals here. AEO. Is it supposed to be approved by HRSDC?? I am currently working in Canada with a Work Permit, and my offer is permanent. The Document checklist in the application package says that, I MUST provide a letter from my employer that I will be placed permanently if my PR comes through. I can get this letter, no problem.

I am on Work Permit applied thro' the IT Workers program, LMO exempt. The WP is valid for 2 yrs.

Now, the question again, with the Offer, Employer Letter, for AEO still needs HRSDC approval??

No, you do not need an AEO.  AEO is only for those who are not yet in Canada.  You only need your work permit and the letter from your employer.  Congrats!
