Dear sir,

It is not about fault, I am pre-june applicant is the fault.

They never asked for any additional documents, no verification calls to my employers.

IELTS 7.5 bands overall,

Canadian Education, I have letter from Canadian employer that I was there as an Intern.

Nothing is fraud.

The 'fault' is not theirs, but 'yours'... u haven't presented your file well, which took them enormous time to do your b/ground checks. U could also have certain shortcomings which could make your security checks stretched. They r following the book.

As far as security checks are concerned, I have already provided them PCC from my home country and fingerprints from RCMP.

I never travelled to any other country other than Canada

don't worry about IELTS. you have to arrange all update PCC's when Visa office asked you for updated PCC's. immigration department never be in fault, becasue you want to migrate. you find the way how to migrate quickly with AEO but system is slow now!
why don't you move on work permit? your PR will be in process during your stay in canada on work permit period.

I cant do that now.

The intention of work permit is to finish work and come back.

Since I have already shown them my intention of staying there forever by applying under FSW2 and AEO, it is very hard to get a WP.

thanks though

choise is yours , but work permit is best option now for old applicant who hold the AEO and applied under FSW2 (still waiting for medical or they are in-process status).
anyway good luck.

Do we have to go through HRDC's approval for work permit?

I mean can't we use the AEO and existing job offer letter?
