Hi
Hopefully someone can help
My potential employer filed all docs to HRSDC 2 about 4 weeks ago
They called him to ask some questions
Then called again but this time he was not available to talk and said that he would need to call them back in a day or so as he was at a company conference
However before he got a chance to call them back, he got a fax saying that the AEO had been denied
Is there an appeal process that can be followed as this IS a genuine offer

Thanks

Not sure about an AEO appeal, but your employer can re-submit the entire application and address all questions this time to increase the odds of approval.

Why was the AEO refused? What were the reasons given?

Hi
I don't have the paperwork with me at present, but I am sure the wording was......
"unable to confirm if job offer is genuine"
Look forward to responses
Thanks

Hi,

I will apply under the FSW category with AOE, but I am confused about the application form Schedule A - Economic Classes.
If I have an AOE, do i need to write anything at point no.10, assets, liabilities and settlement funds.
As I know, I don't need to show any POF with AOE.

Any help will be appreciated. Thnx

There is no appeal for AEO. I was also denied early this year on the grounds that my employer did not show enough profits on his 2011 taxes.

Does anyone know how long does it currently take to obtain AEO?

You can mention the amount that relates to you for funds eg if only you are applying you can mention $11115  but u do not require to show documentary evidence that you have those funds.

Hope it helps ,
