With AEO cases too, CHCs give priority to post 26 june cases.

This does not make any sense. AEO cases, despite they applied before or after 26 June remains same and CHCs put pre AEO cases on hold too.

I think we should write an email to Minister stating that we are AEO cases and we value same as any Ministerial Instructions.

Look guys, there is no doubt that they have put us on hold and moving no with MI2 and soon there will MI3. I am sure minister would know that there would be many applications of AEO in the lot they put on hold.

"If you won't shout you are not going to be treated well" This is strategy in today's world.

I am going to write him but, only 1 move won't make any difference. There is still 2-3 weeks of time for a new MI to come and if will write him now, who knows the minister would give a new instruction to all visa offices to process AEO cases in MI1 lot with MI3.

So, you are also an AEO applicant.

Have you heard from CHC after 29.04.2011? Have they ask you to submit anything?

It is just because many people buy AEO for visa. The AEO is a business for some jerks [consultants]. People like to mess up a smooth running process
