AEO Case, Medicals sent

Hi Punjab Boy,

Nothing yaar, no news till date.

I was just reading that post of Mr. Narinder,,phew!! what a case,,seems like set a record of sorts!

Since Narinder says, his visa is valid for 11 months (as his medicals were done in May), I dont understand how much time are we left to react after visas.
You already have only 5 months left (since 7 months already gone after Medicals for you) and they are yet to ask for ur passports!!

I had changed my job after sending application, so I have asked my consultant to update my file with the current job. Hope this update will shake my file a bit !!

I dont know but I think thats true that they dont hold passports for more than 90 days,,

Hope you get ur passports back with visa stamped soon (as they also send the passports back 'without stamping', I personally know at least one case like that, hope that doesn't happen to you)

Yours is already over 60 days,,Hope everything goes right for you from here,,!!

I have only got the receipt of My RPRF .

and in July it will be 9  months for me after medicals

Still no ppr???

Hi Punjab Boy,

As I mentioned earlier, I sent my job update on 3rd July'09.
As per my past experience, (if at all anything is moving in CHC) I should get some news from them by July'09 end.

Did u send them any e-mail about ur case? I have read few cases here that their cases moved forward after they sent an e-mail to CHC.
I think thats not a bad idea since its a lot of time after medicals for you.

I am bound by contract with my lawyer (to NOT contact CHC directly), but i'll ask him to send e-mail to CHC post July'09, if nothing comes till then.

Just got PPR nad sent it by bluedart on 1.8.09.


So waiting only???

My medicals will expire on 07.10.09 . so i m left with very less time in hand and i m worried abt the time i will get to prepare and land there . May be I will be left with only one month in hand.

They are processing post nov cases very fast as campare to us

WOW,, gr8 to hear that,,,!!
Boss, slowly but surely ur case moving in the right direction.
PPR is a proof of that.

I think u'll need to be ready to react in only about a month or so,, im sure if that happens, u shouldn't be complaining,,!!

I am yet to hear after the medicals, which I sent on 9th March'09.
I'll be ok if I am asked to react in about only a month or so (but it'll be better if they grant visa earlier)

One special request, when u get ur visa, pls dont forget to update it here, before u leave for Canada.
