Hi , another topic that I badly need some sort of clarification Smiley I am a worker here in Canada for a year now,, In my status when I apply here in Canada is common law, but then this July I will be having my annual leave and getting married to my common law husband. I just want to know if do i need to let the CIC know about my plans since I am only eligible to apply for PR after two years which is next year.. WHEW! To get things straight, I will be changing my status and family names in my passport pretty soon..What are the best move I should do. THANKS!!!
