Y'all need to play Rift. I played wow since before the beginning (was a beta tester) but shortly after Cata, I had to quit, it was just awful. Love the lore, hate the game. Rift is awsome.

lol, for ages i didnt tell anyone that i played ally before the ones i have now, then realised, hang on Im on a totally different server so they wont think of me as a "spy". haha.
When i was playing ally though before CAT there used to be this rogue that came everyday to the AH in SW just to kill the actioniers, man that was annoying. Rogues are annoying, mages are OP atm and druids...well nuff sed  Btw I have a shammy, boomkin and mage, I like the dps classes lol

Yep! We did too. We quit WoW a little over a month after Cata's release, but back when we first filed, we definitely mentioned it as one of the many things we do together in our spare time. We'd played it for over 3 years (with some breaks in-between), and were officers of our casual raiding guild for the last year and a half or so.

Thrall will always be my hero -- and we were Alliance for most of our actual WoW time. We both tried Rift during its beta. It was interesting; I especially found its soul system really intriguing. But in the end, I was still way too burned out on WoW and Rift reminded me too much of it. Decided we needed a break from MMORPGs. Time to catch up on all the neglected games on my Steam list  .

Y'all need to play Rift.

My wife and I played Rift during neta and at release. Solid game, very well polished. We stopped playing our second month in, we couldn't find a solid guild....so I am back in WoW until SWTOR comes out...

You guys that have tried Rift should try it again... 1.3 patch improved a lot of areas and 1.4 is introducing cross shard LFG so the que times (hopefully) won't be so nasty. It's like WoW where is counts, but more like real gaming where that really matters. I love being able to take a break from quest grinding and battle and invasion. And the soul system really is amazing. Best tank I've met so far is a cleric LOL It's the first time my husband (we've been gaming together since 2001 EverQuest) likes playing a caster, and the first time I've enjoyed the necro/warlock type classes. It's not perfect, but it's unique enough from wow to hold my interest for some time

thats awesome, I was talking to hubby last night about it, he said that he had checked it out online, so when I get to canada and we have 2 computers again, we are going to see what its all about.
Really? cleric tank? have to get my mind out of wow mode, I love the dps classes, cant wait to try Rift.

If you're a refugee in Pakistan, how is your life "in Afghanistan" in danger (that's not to offend you, I'd just like more explanation on that point)? Secondly, you said you were in Damascus, Syria when you applied for asylum to Canada (previous posts) - so why and when did you move from Syria to Pakistan?

i don't know is it the right place for this quistion or not but for the purpose of resque i do anythin possible. I am Afghan refugee in pakistan. our refugee application rejected. our life is in dange in afghanistan. i want advise for illegal immigration.
