hello

I have already sent my application to Seneca College(electronics engineering, communications option) and I think I will be accepted.
I'm middle class in my country , my parents earnings are around 1500$ american dollars per month, for this reason my only alternative to go and study in Canada is to get an education loan in my country, which I can do due I fulfill all the loan requirements. The next step for me is to get that loan of around 50,000$ CAD.
Then I will apply to the study permit, my parents are well settled in my country they run a company , but their bank statement is unstable due investments etc. We have many properties but not my father nor my mother are the owners , is my grandmother the owner, despite the fact my father is the heir of those lands, the only thing they have is our house. Can I show my grandmother's heritage? do my father is the heir..
Also Can I show ONLY the education loan letter as proof of my financial capabilities to study for 2 years? , because I cant show anything else , only maybe grandmother heritage.

Thank you for reading , and please advice me , some tips for my situation ? Visa chances ?

Hi,

1. An educational loan is the 'best way' to show/prove your financial capacity. As a minimum, you need to show first year tuition + CAD 10,000 as a living expenses.
2. Finance is ONLY a procedural requirement. Your so called 'visa chance' is more a matter of your prior academic standing/grades + 'competitive' study plan in Canada.
