Advice required from Seniors,Its Urgent

Actually the organisation I am working with is not happy with my Immigration Plans,they have started creating a situation since they have recieved verification from CHC,Islamabad.Now I have heard from my seniors and colleagues that they are going to terminate me which I think can become a bad spot in my career.Now I am thinking of resigning from this organisation and joined some other while keeping my NOC same in other place.My queries are :

1> How that will effect my Processing at CHC,Islamabad?

2> Do they(Visa Officer) consider that a bad thing if I  leave employment?

3> Will my case be delayed due to this situation?

4>If I am unable to join another organisation immediately after leaving this one ,will that effect my Proessing?

What I have heard is that since I have been provisionally accepted and done with medicals  ,it means that my experience is locked,all the verifications have been done and now its smooth sailing towards Canada.
I am done with medicals Yesterday and have recieved Provisional Acceptance from CHC,Islamabad till now and now waiting for PPR and RPRF.Please advice me in this scenario.Its impossible for me to continue with my current organisation ,so please dont advice me to continue ))

Do not worry at all. Everything's been done now. You just have to wait for final step. Chill pill :-). Answers to all your 4 questions is that it wont affect anything ok. Once your verification is done then its cool

its a typical attitude of employers , i dont know know why they become so mean about it.

Anyways nothing to worry imran, even if you change your job it wont affect your case at all.

Dear Imran,

Do not worry at all. You have successfully completed almost all stages and in my opinion changing job within the same NOC will not affect your case at all.

CIC and CHC both have carried out the educational and employment checks and after fully satisfying they issued you medical. Now its only a matter of couple of months when you will get your VISA.

Be Happy and ?uck your current employer.

Dear Imran,

In my case CHC, Islamabad contected my previous employer as I have not updated CHC with my job change. My employer told the visa officer that I have resigned for some better position.

4-5 days after this call I received the provisional acceptance letter and documents update request. They need update Job reference along with other things. you see even they knew that I have left the Job they provisionaly accepted my case i.e. + outcome of assessment all is locked when they PA my application.

No need to worry in your case at all. take a Chil Pil. Allah Almighty will Inshallah Help us all.

I have submitted updates on 30.06.09 and waiting for medicals. In the above mentioned letter CHC also hinted to send a medical request in coming FEW WEEKS.

Dear Imran,

Clarify for me. Are you feeling bad about your employer's behavior or about the (unnecessary) worry with CHC procedures? Let me put you at peace.... The Visa officers specific forms E37020 clearly mentions that, "If you cannot provide a reference letter from your current employer, provide a written explanation".  I specifically wanted clarification from my consultant on this particular apprehension. He mailed to his 'friend' in CHC, Islamabad and got a reply that this conditions is for those people who fear that their employers may react to their intentions of immigration. Pursuant to this, one of my close relative who is serving in Gulf States and feared the same fate during this hard times of recession, submitted an explanation in his own words. He attached the original contract copy and clearly mentioned that if he approached his employer for a reference letter or if inquiries were made from his employer by CHC, he could loose his particular job. CHC has direct and indirect method of verification and in your case it has already been done. You are past this stage. Hot-Lier gives you a very appropriate conclusion.... to move on. I would suggest that you should try and reason it with your present employer and try to win his understanding. Else, it may effect you monetarily for the time being but you can quit the job without any fears from CHC. I see you boarding your destination flight somewhere in Nov this year. GOOD LUCK man.

2> Do they(Visa Officer) consider that a bad thing if I  leave employment? Why should they feel "bad". You have more than (at least one year) required qualification for eligibility.

3> Will my case be delayed due to this situation? Imran, I think you want to inform the CHC of the changes, it is your free will. Your case/age/no. of children/education were all 'locked' at the time of applying. They have done that verification. Why worry.

4>If I am unable to join another organisation immediately after leaving this one ,will that effect my Proessing? I have three time mentioned 'jobless' in whole ten years work history. It should not affect the process.

My employer is a true ***hole.It inly sucks blood of employee and there is no humanity in this Organisation.I have hated every moment I have spent with this Organisation.They just dont care if a person is living or dying ,what they care for is just that their work shouldnt stop by any means.
