Advice regarding student permit

I am a student from India , I recieved offer for admission to health Informatics course in Canada. For the visa application I need to show finnacial support. An aunt of my mine from USA is willing to support me financial during my stay. However I am worried whether this would affect my visa anyway. Is it ok if she sponsors or do I need to take a loan in my name. Another cause of worry is that I had applied for USvisa previously and been rejected twice. Anyone had similar problem? please advice
