Advice please - BC PNP and PR

Hi there,

My boyfriend and I are here (from Ireland) on working holiday visas. My work is helping me apply for the PNP and then the PR. My question is what do I do when my working holiday visa expires next June? I doubt the PR will be through by then going by the time-lines I have seen on this forum. Is there a temporary visa that we can apply for or would you recommend applying for an LMO? How long does that process take and is it difficult to get? My sister is getting married at home in July so I need to be able to leave the country and then hopefully return. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
