i have an expired PR card and i do not meet the requirments but i have to go across the border to US (by car or bus).
i wanted to know if maybe theres some things that i can do on the border or say to the officer on the way back that can improve my chances of not getting my PR to be revoked.

by the way i have a clean passport ( i just renewed it recently), i mean that theres no sing of any canadian connection to it and i dont need a visa to get in canada (because its an israeli passport). is there a way that the offices is not going to notice me as a PR and just let me in as a visitor ? or is it said on his computer that i am a PR and then hes gonna ask me the PR card and start asking questions...

advise please.. THANKS!!

With a new passport, it is possible that they will just let you enter without asking but if you don't say you are PR, they will stamp your passport and list you as a tourist.  This could be considered misrepresentation but I have not heard of anybody getting in trouble because of it.
