My Case,

My partner and I aplied for under the FSW without including his child from a previous relationship because the child's mother refused to sign the no objections doc or release passport pictures for the child due to a relationship gone sour. The VO has asked that we provide passport pics for the child and that the child must undergo Medicals or our application will be refused. We couldn't get the mother to sign doc a year ago, abd now we cannot reach her. What do we do? We had our medicals 3mths ago. Help needed urgently.  CT
