ADVICE NEEDED URGENT

AS MY HUSBAND VISA WAS REFUSED AT THE INTERVIEW ON NOV 15 .BUT WE STILL HAVEN'T GOT THE REFUSAL LETTER YET.. SOME PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME TO REAPPLY THEN APPEALING.. THEY TELLING ME THAT THE APPEAL WOULD BE A LONG PROCESS AN ALL....WHAT U GUYS THINK SHOULD I APPEAL OR GO AHEAD WITH THE REAPPLING AGAIN...PLS ANY ONE...I NEED SOME ADVICE

Appeal Appeal Appeal!!

If you just reapply you will likely be denied as the case has already been decided. As I understand it, not appealing will also work against your application.

It's waaaaaaaaaaaay better to appeal.

Well it depends on the reason his visa was refused. If I remember rightly it was because of financial reasons yes?
Basically there is no point appealing or reapplying unless you can correct the problem. You need to order your file case notes and work to correct the problem.
Then IMO it is best to reapply rather than appeal.

pinklady after the interview the officer told my husband that she is refusing the application cause i'm on odsp..but after the mp send an e-mail got a response the mp told me that she didn't refuse u because of odsp..she said they don't think that our relationship is real...but i haven't got the refusal letter as of yet..to know the exact reason 4 refusal...

If the refusal is for non genuine relationship, then appeal, and start gathering more info now!
If its for financial, then correct the problem and re apply.

I agree with pinklady and i mention before on previous post that it was due to ODSP as that is not a factor of non-eligibility so now that you know its due to them not believing your marriage is real then this you can gather proof and appeal

Keep in mind they maye use ODSP as a reason saying because you are disable your husband may be taking advantage of you so even though its not directly based on ODSP it can be indirectly related.
