Hi All,

I need an advice ... seems to be a dumb question... pls advice..

I'currenly in US on h1B, I would like to apply for Canada Immigration.... My qualifications are
1. From India
2. Have 10+ yrs of exp in IT.
3. Working as sr consultant/tech architect/ never as a manager...
4. Spouse is a masters degree holder...
5. Have around 4 yrs US exp...
6. woked in canada for few months on work visa.....

with the new rules, Am I eligible for applying under skilled immigrant..

No, it appears not, as you don't have 1 years experience in a NOC on the "list" haven't worked for a year in Canada, and don't have an AEO from a Canadian employer.

I think still you do not have to worry and check the below link where it clearly gives the titles used under NOC- 0213.

Hope this is helpful for you however I would like you to check for the job responsibilities of Internet Systems Administrator and mention the same in your resume (hopefully those are much alike)
