Dear Fellows

My initial approval from CIO arrived in July and i now have to submit the application again with all required documents to my relevant Visa Office.

Can someone advice:

Do i need to send photocopies of the original application forms (sent to CIO) along with my personal documents ?
OR
Do i have to fill in the application forms again and send these with my documents ?

I would really appreciate your advise

Hi,

If you dont have to make any changes in the old forum means your details are same as before then you can just send the copies of the same form with the current date  But if you need to changes details in the form then re-fill the new forms and send those with a cover letter mentioning what changes you have made.
