advice is needed on course to choose

i want to apply to uoit for masters in information security technology, i graduated  with a 3.85 in computer science like 13 years ago. i have a maternal cousin who is willing to give me a letter of sponsorship and then i can only have access to my funds if i resign, i can't resign until i have gotten the visa.

the trend i see here is that visa is given few days to school resumption and that is not enough time to process my gratuity that i'll use to  pay my fees.

if i apply well ahead of time, will it help as i need to give my office three months to process my gratuity which i would use to pay my fees.

pls advise.
