Do you think a marketing specialist who's job mainly involves online is eligible under 1122?

I have all reference letters from my employer and I'm working 40 hours per week.

But my employer is US based while I'm here in Phils and we do all communication thru internet as well as all aspect of my job.

Do you think I'm qualified? I have done the main duties posted under 1122.

i am also from delhi and work as media consultant, online advertisment ( self employed ) . Could you please share any experience of your's like what documents related to advertiement you had submitted .

i have appreciation letters from my clients, invoices, etc . what else i need to do
