Advancement with Same Employer! Please help

Dear ALL,

I have been working with the same employer for last 3.5 years. However, i was promoted a position 1 year back from Executive Director to Managing Director. My division is Finance & Administration. Applying under NOC 0111. Should i write two work experience? one with Executive Director and another after promotion to Managing Director.

Or should i just mention my last position and use the total length i worked for this employer?

Please advise.
