Looking for some help with timeline in Accra. ADR appeal won Apr 4th 2011. Accra started
processing file June 13th 2011. Had to send in new forms, medical, police report etc.
Also sent medical for one daughter but unable to get medical for the other daughter. The girls
are not accompanying my husband to Canada. This was all sent to Accra in August 2011.
My husband also sent a letter signing off on his one daughter stating he understood the
consequences etc of not getting medical.
In September I sent email to Accra to see what was happening with the file and Sept 28 2011
I was advised that the file is with an agent for review.
Does anyone know how long this review could take? It has been almost a month now, and just
wondering what to expect next.
Has anyone else gotten this info before about file being with agent for review?

Why was it refused in the first place? Appeal takes some time.

appeal was already won. now waiting for processing from accra since june 2011. my question is does anyone know how long the process should take now that all the paperwork is done and agent has the file for review
